To prevent tunneling, allow your candle to burn long enough that the entire top surface of wax is melted. This is especially important the first time you burn your candle!

Trim wick and remove any debris before each burn.

Do not burn your candles for more than 4 hours at a time.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Please allow 3-5 days for processing and production prior to shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Our refund policy is only valid for 15 days after the date of purchase.
