1. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, you will be provided a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and production prior to shipping. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
3. Do you accept Cash App or Venmo?
Unfortunately, we do not accept Cash App or Venmo. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
4. Can I purchase and send a candle as a gift?
Yes! Make sure to add your billing information but the shipping address for the person receiving the gift.
CANDLE CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- To prevent tunneling, allow your candle to burn long enough that the entire top surface of wax is melted. This is especially important the first time you burn your candle!
- Trim wick and remove any debris before each burn.
- Candle wicks should not be longer than 1/2 inch.
- Burn candles on a flat surface and do not leave unattended.
- Do not burn your candles for more than 4 hours at a time.
